Our Story
Three women, one idea, and a slight obsession with beautiful and sustainable product.
We are Rosa Dori
We started with a simple thought: why should sustainable packaging look ordinary?
Between the three of us, we bring different experiences, perspectives and, admittedly, very different opinions to the table — but we share a love for good design, beautiful materials and products that have a story behind them.
Our journey began with a fascination for the incredible craftsmanship found across India — from handwoven jute and sital pati to handmade paper, cotton and other natural materials. We saw an opportunity to take these traditional materials and reimagine them for a modern, global audience.
“Can we make this more beautiful?”
Usually, the answer is yes. What started as an idea gradually became a collection of thoughtfully designed packaging and lifestyle products — created for brands that believe sustainability should come with style, substance and a little soul. Today, we are still learning, still experimenting, and still having plenty of debates between the three of us.

Sustainability, with style and substance.
At the heart of our business are values we refuse to ignore — socially responsible trade, ethical sourcing, and uplifting women who too often get sidelined. Every piece is made to order, in natural fibres, in units we know by name.

The women behind every piece.
Our all-women team is the backbone of everything we do, and we are obsessed with sustainability — naturally sourced, biodegradable, and proudly plastic-free. We work closely with women artisans, supporting ethical craftsmanship and socially responsible trade.
Each product we create is a tribute to the Indian artisans behind it. We measure success not by profit, but by the dignity we create along the way — still exploring new materials, techniques and ideas, and still getting the smallest details just right.
